Kids BJJ Made Easy was founded by Guy and Rob Pendergrass alongside Cris Rodriguez, with a shared vision of helping school owners run world-class kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs. Guy and Rob are 4th-degree BJJ black belts, academy owners, and lifelong martial artists who have spent decades teaching, mentoring, and serving families through the martial arts. They have spoken at industry conferences, developed proven coaching systems, and built a successful academy known for its structure, culture, and impact. Cris Rodriguez, a BJJ black belt, former owner of Gracie PAC, MAIA consultant, and owner of Grow Pro Digital Marketing, played a key role in shaping the early foundation of Kids BJJ Made Easy, with many of the original concepts inspired by her Perfect Kids BJJ Class course. Today, Guy and Rob proudly lead Kids BJJ Made Easy, continuing to build on that foundation while equipping school owners with practical tools, trusted strategies, and real-world insight to create thriving kids programs.
